Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from www.glostrips.com. However, if for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review the information below for our returns process and conditions.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your full order to notify us if you wish to return any items.

Once you have contacted us to confirm your intention to return, we must receive the item(s) within 7 calendar days to process a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Items

All items must be returned in their original condition, including any hygiene or safety seals. If a product that requires a seal for health or hygiene reasons has been opened, the right to return will no longer apply.

In accordance with consumer regulations, we reserve the right to reduce your refund if non-faulty items are returned used, damaged, or in a condition that lowers their resale value. If an item cannot be resold due to use or damage, the refund reduction may be up to 100%.

How to Return an Item

To begin a return, please email support@glostrips.com. We will provide you with full instructions on how to proceed.

Returned items must be sent by post within 7 days of receiving your return instructions.

Be sure to include your order details inside the package.

We strongly recommend obtaining Proof of Postage from your local Post Office to protect against loss during transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to request a refund for faulty items within 30 days of receiving them. In some cases, we may offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement or repaired item is also faulty, you may then request a full refund, including any postage paid.

This does not apply to issues caused by normal wear and tear. Some products may also be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, and we recommend reviewing these separately.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected. All refunds are made to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Exclusions

You may inspect items as you would in a physical store, but used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Liability

Our liability for any failure to supply an order we are legally required to fulfil is limited to the total amount paid for that order.
